To celebrate the official release of Nurse Fortescue and Doctor Paddon, Mark joined Dave at the Crow’s Nest in St. John’s for a release party on November 7. Tony Paddon was a long-time member of the club, and we cannot think of a better place to celebrate the release of the book outside of Labrador. We were delighted to see many of the Paddon family in attendance along with many friends, both old and new. In the days after, Dave took to the airwaves and spoke about the book on CBC’s Weekend Arts Magazine, Labrador Morning and VOCM’s Open Line.
